Small Fan Coil Units

These fan coil units are designed for heating and air conditioning. In the heating mode, they are designed to operate efficiently with entering fluid temperatures as low as 40 degrees C (100 degrees F). In the cooling mode, they are designed to operate at temperatures of 45 degrees F (8 degrees C)

Operating at these temperatures, they are a perfect complement to Ice Kube water-to-water heat pumps.

The wall mounted and console type fan coil units are ideal for commercial applications with a number of small heating and cooling zones, such as small apartments, hotel rooms and small office spaces. With a 4-pipe hydronic system, one zone can be heating while another is cooling.

They are also ideal for retrofit residential applications where it is difficult or impossible to get ductwork to the conditioned space, such as third-floor lofts and rooms above a garage. These units range in capacity from one-half ton to four-tons heating and cooling capacity. They are built with well designed molded plastic cabinets, and can be controlled with unit or wall mounted thermostats, or with a remote control thermostat and fan control.

The ceiling mounted fan coil units are ideal for multi-zone office spaces, hotel rooms and apartment applications. Their thin profile uses a minimum of ceiling space.
